We currently have a large number of development lenders on our panel who will finance:

  • Applications should be supported by good evidence of demand in the local area.
  • If properties are to be retained on completion we can provide a long term re-finance solution.
  • Developments should demonstrate sufficient profitability to absorb any possible future reduction in the anticipated Gross Developed Value (GDV) of the project.
  • The borrower and / or proposed main contractor should have a good track record and be able to demonstrate experience in the sector.

We provide senior, stretch-senior and mezzanine facilities at up to 70% – 75% of the estimated GDV of the project and up to 90% – 95% of the total development costs. In addition, for experienced developers and if additional security is available, we can often provide funding up to 100% of all site purchase, development and finance costs. .
